Sure, it's quite simple: I have the rights to reproduce a Beethoven's sonata, but it's not the right thing to do because I can't do it right.
Also the means of reproduction may vary and I'm not sure whether all of them are right:
- I may try to compose another one just like it. The reproduction of replicative kind.
- I may try to paint another one just like it. The reproduction of painting forgery kind. Maybe I don't get each note right, but each bar should closely resemble the original.
- Photocopying is better than method B.
- If everything else fails, I could just produce it twice, and call the 2nd try a reproduction.
- or just learn to play it.
