>You need to open your mind to think and breathe M$. In fact once you become one with M$ you will understand that this error message is in fact correct.
That would be so if I wanted to go that way. But, frankly, it's now 19 months since I switched to Linux and now about 90% of complaints on software are caused by one app: SkypeForLinux, by guess who.
>Even more so, this error message is the correct message for any error that will happen in your life: "Navigation was cancelled". For instance, you go to the AMT to withdraw some money, but there is no balance left on your account: "Navigation was cancelled.", so you go home empty handed. It will also occur when you breathe your last breath and you are lying dead on the Hospital bed: The doctor will write down in his report: "Navigation was cancelled."
We could go on in this direction and devise technically correct, M$-style, but still completely wrong error messages. Like "search returned no results" instead of "variable not found", "ransom not paid" instead of "your ink has expired", "level error" instead of "you're out of gas". Pretty much like the game of bad movie retells we have on a forum here.
(moved that to chatter)
