The problem is resolved. But I wanted to share what caused it. I downloaded bills from the Cell Phone company (all bills in PDF format). The PDFs has many pages. I needed to create just a summary PDFs (1st page). I usually would use doPDF8 driver to print/convert any document to PDF format. It didn't work with these PDFs. There must be something in them that causes the doPDF8 to hang.
The way I resolved it is by opening the PDFs document in Word 2016 (which converts it to a Word document). Then print just the first page of the Word document; to doPDF8.
