I verified (by using certain classes) that the Bootstrap is loaded. But I cannot get a div to be hidden.
For example when I set a table inside the following div
<div class="hidden-md-up">
the table is never hidden. Even though my understanding is that 'hidden-md-up" should hide this div on any display larger than small. And my display is large. Yet, I never "lose" it. ???
