Hi Bill.
>I am using the latest Sedna Upsizing Wizard and converting data to SQL Server 2012. All my dates in VFP are Date Fields and the only option in wizard is Datetime. Most records come over BUT I always get a "Datetime Field Overflow in Server" error for enough records to be a problem. I looked at the error list and data and the date fields are not out of range.
Would it be possible to send me the data so I can try to reproduce it? If so, send me an email (
dhennig@stonefield.com).
>The server has a data type of "Date" but that's not an option on conversion. I poked around the Sedna project but was unable to find where the data type options are to possible add a "Date" option if possible.
The data types are stored in a table (not at the computer where I have the Upsizing Wizard code and I don't remember which table off-hand but it should be easy to find) so simply add another record to the table to support Date.
