First, Why is using the Public Library "Bad Practice"? They may not have the book or topic (FoxPro) in local stock, but they are still a good physical reference place. I still like to hold the item I may be interested in.

As for the book. As I mentioned before, much of the books contents can be locate on the web. For example, Google book has it as a PDF. But you must be full member to access the entire book.
