How many users will have a printer externally accessible via TCP/IP ?
We looked at the possibility but a straw poll of the user base revealed none - and a requirement to implement such a set up would have deterred a very large percentage from moving to such a web based approach. Needless to say most are also not enamoured with the requirement to download and print a PDF doc either :-{
