Thanks Hank. That sounds like an issue but it does find the converted records, not the new inserted record created in SQL Server. The field it searches is nFileNo N(9) which I increment for next ID. It currently is 5 numbers. I do;t understand why it finds the converted recs and not the new ones? Does the upsizing wizard pad the nFileNo and the inserted record doesn't? Looking at the data in SQL Server they both appear the same.....

BTW...I can find the record in Management Studio using the = 74085 and it works.
