As always, the file you suggested uses VB syntax. If Paul has DevStudio or Visual Studio, there is a treeview sample program, and you can use the VB object browser to see part of the hierarchy.

While treeviews are a nice UI, the documentation says, here is the syntax. How all this goes together to make a working app, takes far too much time.

I've spent the last month struggling with treeview. What we are trying to accomplish is pretty non-standard, but I'll try to answer any questions I can.
