And yet when you query in Management Studio, the record is there?

Sounds as if you have 2 databases, perhaps with RVs created with different ODBC datasources so you insert into one and query the other.

I'm not familiar with your framework, but are you able to open all your RVs using a CONNSTR clause so you control what database is used? That also avoids the need for ODBC datasources and you can store an encrypted connection string at each customer for their security.
