Ok, I give up. For sometime now I am get phantom shortcut tickets appearing in the FoxTask.dbf. Sometime they will appear multiple times. I am not marking the line referred as the shortcut, but they appear. I remove them from the list either deleting them in the manager that simply deletes the record, or by Remove Task List Shortcut from the context menu in the editor. I have validate that the rows are indeed mark deleted, but then when viewing them in the TaskList manager, they reappear (add as new shortcut row.) The only conclusion I can determine is that FoxPro is keeping a separate list of the shortcuts and adding them to the FoxTask table at some arbitrary time.

Can anyone have any suggestion as to this odd behaivor?

BTY, I am developing a enhanced (bug free) version of the native TaskList Manager that uses the original FoxTask.dbf as its base table.
