not come in handy if you have 100 cursors around?. Which by the way, I would sincerely consider to rebuild my application as there is never ever a need to have sooo many comboboxes open. Not any person can examine the content of those 100 that in a glance.

It does not work that way. Not ever are there more than 25 combobox visible to the user. Our patient file has a folder list (like outlook) and each folder progressively loads as you select them. so when opening all folders and tabs within the patient file, there could be a few hundred comboboxes loaded (but not visible at the same time) in a single data session.
