Sandy,
If VB exe can be instantiated like "myvb -p1 -p2 -p3" then you could "run" or "shellexecute" that way.
OTOH if VB exe supporting OLEautomation like Excel, Word etc you could createobject it and use its PEM. This one would be preferable I think.
