I'm using ActiveX to connect to WFP but it has a property of "ShowSendScreen" that I would venture to bet is the same. When I went to duplicate the problem last night, I couldn't. Though relieved, I was baffled and concerned that it might reoccur.

I think you might have given me the answer that explains it. Probably somewhere along the way when experimenting I must have set ShowSendScreen to 1 and then it got reset.
