But it gives us two kinds of pleasure. One is "sorry, we can't add that feature, it goes against HIPAA" and nobody even bothers to check whether it's true. The other is to do something insanely complicated, like never scratching your right ear with the right hand, only with left and from behind, and do that in code. And doing things in such... what would be the opposite of straightforward, assbackward? - a way is always costing more. Keeps us in business.
