imageslist and treeview controls are in mscomctl.ocx control.
there is a windows update making some troubles on mscomctl.ocx

rhere is unegister and register ocx control to apply....
this update affects in particular : Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 (32/64 bit)

for complement your icon (in the zip you sent ) is not loaded as test by a vfp project information dialog box (not compatible) !
