>You might still want to check on the runtime libraries (i.e. check in the local system folders). I've run into situations where crashes were occurring on certain computers. The client was reporting that it was an OS compatibility (since the errors were occurring on computers with a certain OS), but it turned out that the computers exhibiting the crashes had an earlier revision of the runtime libraries installed locally. Updating the locally-installed runtime corrected the problem.
