Not recommended though - it'll have all sorts of crazy behavior issues and it'll crash VFP frequently...

I used this for some time in Help Builder for handling spell checking and while it worked it was horribly unstable and had major focus issues. It might work Ok for display only scenarios where you don't need to interact with the document, but for anything else I would definitely not recommend it. It's better to just pop up Word with Shell Execute or COM automation...
