>Ok, this much I have found out. But the goal is to generate a single APP with all the needed parts internal. The only solution is to provide the Images folder with the App. The bitmaps are in the App, but the Menus expect them to be external.

You misunderstood me I think. I am saying include your images but where you use them use fullpath. The images themselves are built into exe and works at client.
