If your app is for a regulated organization (financial, insurance, engineering, ?) it's not impossible that some countries could require that it meets certain standards or otherwise needs some sort of approval.

You should be aware of the GDPR and whether/how it applies to your app: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Data_Protection_Regulation

You may want to ensure you comply with various regulations regarding VAT and similar, where applicable.
