Haven't checked much, but in my street (at the end of town, the corn fields begin 200m from here) all networks are locked. Actually the only places where I've heard of open ones are the cafes and the main street, the latter courtesy of the city. Used to be the restaurants would give you the password printed on the bill, but nowadays they either leave it open or the password is the name of the place.
