>> People must want that stuff, or they wouldn't be serving it up.
There's a dwindling audience. Trump isn't helping their prospects, but even the most casual observer sees the MSM depersonalizing Trump week after week, month after month, year after year... and then when some mostly elderly folk chant "CNN sucks" at Acosta, he claims his life is in danger and wails that Trump's depersonalization of the media is incitement to violence. In which case the MSM has been inciting violence against Trump and his supporters for 3 years non stop. My impression is that middle America doesn't care any more about exploding heads: they roll their eyes and get on with it and celebrate the jobs being created for young relatives at last.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
