I did take a look at it and might just go deeper as I could still use the fact that it uses AES. My only concern is that it is not being supported any more (other than that it still works). Client really does not like me incorporating anything that is not at least currently supported. I am using Rick Strahl's encryption utilities in his wwEncryption class. these are bridged calls to .net which uses triple DES instead of AES. Which works fine but am still investigating some work with another of their developers and they only support AES on their backend.
