Doing a test on one user now as their problem is not a corruption issue (which would require all users to get the settings) but stale data.

When I tested the import of the reg keys, out of curiosity my dev Win 7 pc already had 2 of the 3 (it did not have the critical FileInfoCacheLifetime) so something already set that. On my Win 10 dev machine, it did not have any of them.

I see someone else just posted something about OpLocks - have not looked into that yet but will reply to that post.
