By the refrence book, I write a program to call the
TaskFirst in Toolhelp.dll , but it return zero.
I think the parameter's data structure is declared
with some errors.
So, my question are :
1. why did it happened?
2. what shall I do with my program?
3. how to declare the 'TaskEntry' in visual basic ?
