Sylvain, keep in mind that is not the same "in all computers" that "in many different computers", in my case, to start to change the code is because "in all computers" the problem is present.
But if you are still having this problem, maybe is good that you share the code to watch it closely and help you better.
In the meantime try to add a "thisform.refresh" after the record is added.
