I've only done a few things from the internet, certainly not enough to sustain me. Most of my work comes from companies here in Memphis and I get it because I've done something for someone else or someone saw me give a presentation at our local user group. I did the MS VFP 6.0 presentation for Devdays in Nashville this past Sept. and got a couple of potential clients from that. So, if there's a user group in your area, you might hook up with another consultant and get started that way.
