That's one the key reasons I opted to go into management when in the corporate world. I didn't like having to do things that didn't make good sense to me. Even that wasn't enough, so I eventually became independent.

Since becoming independent, I've been fortunate to have clients where that has never been an issue.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
