There's something called "due process" that admittedly requires more thinking power than joining a lynch mob, but it's responsible for most of the freedom in this world and its absence is response for most of the lack of freedom too.

So here's an easy way to determine who's the enemy of civilization: start with the very famous and widely adopted Blackstone Ratio that "It is better that ten guilty persons escape than that one innocent suffer".
