Indeed there was massive bi-partisan support, with a few exceptions like Bernie.
That particular swamp needs massive draining. Trump almost got it.
He moaned that other countries were spending so much less on defense than the US.
His mistake was not understanding that we're spending too much, rather than others spending too little.
I'm optimistic that it can change.
We've had so many mediocre leaders here that we've lost sight of what real leadership can do.
