Hi,
I am unable to receive messages in my outlook to my Gmail accounts. It started today. I wanted to check the account settings, like Incoming Server port #, Outgoing port #, etc. But now I see that MS has changed how these settings work in Outlook. I cannot even see them any more. When I go to Email Accounts, select an account (
myname@gmail.com) and then click on Change, I see only two windows and neither one has the port # settings and if the server requires encryption, etc. MS has hidden all these settings from the user.
How do I get to them?
UPDATE. The MS Community message board helped me to find out how to check/change the settings of email accounts. Too bad that MS changes things left and right without any consideration for customers.
