>b) while using English on the surface, uses it in a way not much communication is accomplished, as said member himself writes: "I say and write things that people don't hear. They hear what they want to from my writings, not what I say.".
>c) something similar to b) seems to happen when he reads/ponders messages: he is honest enough to acknowledge faults in previous examples/arguments, but then diminishes those shown faults and afterwards argues same as before negating those self-acknowledged faults.
>d) a sad side effect of said member reading a post here was that another member was put in non-trivial monetary danger due to an action of the member I intend to block. I don't think the post spurring the action was written by me (and authorship IMO is irrelevant for following arguments)
>e) the current combination of blocked person reading blocking persons post, misinterpreting/misunderstanding them at least for authors POV, perhaps cites it/writes about it afterwards. Blocking person does not read such writings, can therefore not even attempt to correct false interpretation, resulting in even higher danger of blocked person endangering any other member, including blocking person due to other future action.
>f) in my opinion eliminating the danger of e) is more important than cutting blocked person off from any information/post I enter here. IIRC I signed away all IP to things posted here - still have no trouble with my technical info spread wide, but I think the right and power to isolate my writing from those few I consider "unsafe" should be transfered back to me.

>Another way to implement the to me more important second option of keeping my posts away of blocked person might be accomplished by an option to insert me into the blocked list - in an way he is unable to delete me from his blocked list as long as I keep him on mine

Recently I thought, "oh he\she is in then I gotta to go out". Why do I feel like you are talking about the same person.
My solution was to leave the site (and I am afraid leaving this site might be near, but for now I am paying attention not to get involved in the same thread - and after all I am not as active as I were in the past:).
