I have been able to verify that FoxyPreviewer prints identically to PDF3, and that CutePDF Writer prints correctly, as does the print preview, and when you print to a real paper.

Right now it's looking like an error in the ReportListener logic on VFP's side. I'll now write a passthru listener to simply record where it thinks everything should be.
