And neither do two wrongs make a right . If we feel that we can break any law we like against those we think have broken agreements with us then we head towards a free for all and where there is no rule of law anymore.

I'm just saying there is a EULA. It says some things. It might apply to you in your jurisdiction, it might not. it might bind you in your personal moral system, it might not. That is all for each developer/commercial enterprise to figure out for themselves and decide what business risks they are prepared to take iro themselves, their company, and their clients.
