Exactly how does that apply to Chen's product?

>Chen is violating Microsoft's wishes for their product. He's violating the notification measures they've put into the software when it's installed stating that there is an EULA to follow. Chen chose "I Accept" to bypass that screen and agreed to the terms. On that basis alone, he is violating the contract he established between himself / his company and Microsoft.

Rick, I wanted to ask a question.
By the time you posted your views on this, had you spoken/communicated with anyone with professional experience in any of these areas (whether software, legal, or both)?
I really have no strong opinion on the matter - was just curious if you had done the proverbial "sanity check" with anyone on your position.
