>Our company held a user conference for one of our applications on Friday. On the drive home, one company vehicle was hit by a car crossing the center lane on a two-lane road. One co-worker was killed at the scene by their seatbelt. The other two passengers suffered severe spine, neck, face, and other injuries.

This is really sad..... so sorry to hear this.

Unfortunately this crossing over the center line is more common by the day (just had a friend turn over a Ford F250 and nearly get killed the other day due to a person crossing the center line and he over corrected when his rear wheel went on the shoulder). We have a home in the hills/mountains of Virginia/North Carolina and I see at least a couple people a week crossing over the center line coming into my lane.

Evidently a lot of these are people being distracted - mainly by Texting and working on FaceBook while driving.
