>>What policy? Acosta was asking Trump to clarify his statement when Trump started being dismissive.

I went to the trouble of transcribing the real life footage.

Acosta: I want to challenge you on one of the statements you made at the tail end of the campaign.

In what lexicon is a "challenge" a question? But never mind...

Acosta: ...as you know Mr President, the caravan was not an invasion.

In what Lexicon is this a question rather than a statement?

When you say "as you know" when "challenging" and contradicting somebody, isn't that an accusation of falsehood? IOW another statement, and a disrespectful insulting one.

Acosta: it's a group of migrants moving up from Central America towards the border with the US...

Where's the question? That's another statement.

Trump: thank you for telling me that, I appreciate it.

Acosta: why did you characterize it as such, uh and...

Trump: because I considered it an invasion. You and I have a difference of opinion.

So question asked, and answered.

Acosta: Do you think that you demonized immigrants in [the/this] election...

Trump: No no, not at all... I want them to come into the country but they have to come in legally...

Seems to me there are two answers given so far. Time for Acosta to pass on the mike. Instead: Acosta tries to cut in with question number 3.

Trump says "wait, wait" and finishes his answer, that the US needs immigrants to help fill all the jobs opening up.

So the only disrespect so far is Acosta's "as you know" slap at Trump, and the ongoing lie that Trump speaks out against all immigrants rather than just illegal ones.

Acosta then launches question (statement) number 4. Your campaign had an ad showing migrants climbing over walls...

Trump: Well, that's true. They weren't actors. Do you think they were actors? They didn't come from Hollywood.

At this point I really think you should view the footage, because at this point numerous other reporters raise their hands- signaling common understanding that Acosta's turn is over.

Instead, Acosta makes another statement to the effect that the caravan is still hundreds of miles away, implying that Trump's ad was false.

Trump then retorts that Acosta should let Trump run the country and Acosta can run CNN and if he did a better job, ratings would be better.

Accordiing to some people, that's where the briefing starts, with Saint Acosta just wanting to ask his two questions and nasty orange man denying and insulting him.

Again at this point, numerous other reporters raise their hands, this time showing almost desperation to get a chance to ask their question. Trump gestures to one of them.

But no: Acosta refuses to yield.

Only now does the intern rise from her bobbed down position to attempt to pass the White House mike to the next reporter. Which is precisely her job, despite Fake News to the contrary.

The rest is easily seen on Fake News, but Acosta continues disrupting and refusing to sit when asked and told at least 5 times "that's enough."

Is it not enough? don't forget that the WH is Trump's home while he's POTUS.

As I say: maybe watch it all carefully, especially the reporters around Acosta who presumably know what's reasonable.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
