Hi
I have an Image showing fine in a column in a Grid, but its not filling the full container
How do I scale the picture and retain its shape (Similar to option that's available in the Report Writer)
I am using a container in the column and running a line of code in DynamicBackColor to set the image to a file.....this works fine)

All I need to be able to do is scale the pciture as in most cases I am only seeing a bit of the image
