What do you mean by SQL Server driver? Do you mean you are using driver={SQL Server}? The SQL Server 2000 driver which is already 18+ years old? Why not use {SQL Server Native client 11.0}? There are many problems using old driver.

BTW text datatype is also going to be deprecated.
