That's the price for a desktop license. You can ask Devart for quotes for site and bulk licenses. I'm not their agent, of course, and won't and can't talk on their behalf, but I would say by experience that the price tag can be significantly different for site based licenses.

At the end of the day, if the extra cost / added value balance is acceptable or not will depend on the business side of your application, naturally.
