Sorry, I should have mentioned this.....the reason I wanted to place the filter in the activate event of my page is so the filter for the tables would reapply each time the form switched from page 1 to page 2.

I wasn't sure if you were referring to the init of the form or page, but I think I would have to open & close my tables when switching from page 1 to page 2 to get that to work? Any other suggestions? Thanks for your reply! :)
