In the U.S. an early Supreme Court ruling stated that individuals have the unlimited right to enter into as many contracts as they desire. And in modern times, we enter into countless contracts we are often unaware of in this nation. It's in the way Code has taken over the law.

My fundamental view is this: You agreed to someone's terms personally as an individual, or as an agent acting on behalf of your corporate entity, guiding and directing that entity by your choices. Abide by them.
