If I had to take a guess on age demographics, I'd say that the average age of people active working in Fox in the U.S is probably about 7-10 years older than that in Europe

I started to say "North America" but kept it to the U.S. - Canadian demographics with respect to technology seem to be quite complex, perhaps in part because of Canadian firms working with many different countries.

None of that is a value judgment in any way - I realize there are exceptions and I also know age is just a number. (I'll be 54 in February and I still feel young at heart).


I have spoken at user groups where I talked to people in their 60's who are just as driven as people half that age. Have also talked to people in their 60's who say they are "too old" to learn new stuff
Have also spoken to young people who complain about technology moving so fast, it's hard to keep up. I'm tempted to say to them, "You think it's hard now??? You ain't seen nothin' yet"
