There's always an uncertain type of customer with quirks like that. Their stuff gets delayed by their own chaos. The best among those kinds are those who scream and shout to get something done in two days - and get it - and then take weeks to pay. Next round of screaming is usually the reason to pay for the last time, or else I stand by my promise to match their speed. And it works - the last time I had to do that was more than a dozen years ago.
