So, what I see, the damage is done.

We need to consider our actions.

One would be a protective act for Chen. How about to collect some money and contract him to fix the bugs he has fixed? Just look if some usergroup might go into this? I do not know how Rainer Becker of dFPUG is doing today, but he was a big friend of Chens work on the german conferences over the years. Some of the folks from oversea here had the idea that there is way for Chen action under U.S. law too? We do not need to go for a fortune - any contract might do.
