Understood.

Visual FreePro plans to be a .NET-like implementation of a VFP9-like engine running on a new VM (called VVM). It plans to be extended out to include other languages as well (including C# ironically, as well as Java and a C/C++-like language). It plans about 80% source code compatibility with VFP9, and probably 95% of the normal functions most apps use.

Visual FreePro, Jr. plans to be a true VFP9-like creation that runs natively on Windows (without a virtual machine) and is nearly 100% source code compatible with VFP9.
