I use Dabo - (btw it uses wxPython not PyQt) and I'm willing to help. The real issue with Dabo is it's not ready for Python 3. The best part of Dabo is it is very easy to bind data to a control and do everything FoxPro does and much more. Of course there are the 1000's of support modules available for python. You name it - it's there. The learning curve for Python is almost nothing - Fox people already know OOP so there is not much to learn other than syntax.

PyQt - is beyond wxPython in many ways but it also does not have a very easy learning curve (if you have a c++ background it helps) and there is little on data binding.

Python is fast becoming the number one programming language! There is nothing I have seen that python doesn't cover from the web to the command line.

Just my $.02
