I have seen corruption with any windows version so far. If possible, move to another backend like postgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server ...
The corruption occurrence is below 0.1% (I didn't really measure just trying to say close to zero), since I started using VFPOLEDB to access to VFP data instead of the easy direct access (CursorAdapter and direct commands through VFPOLEDB).
