Setup a TSPlus server and all your users can run your exact same app with no changes to it at all and potentially it will run even faster than currently due to potentially lower network traffic and centralized database management. And no more database issues. And no local setup to speak of.

When you run an application via a TSPlus server it looks and works exactly as if you were running the app locally or over a network like the current situation. Your users would not even know the difference.
