>>Only a fool can't see that this 'wall' that Trump wants is just a symbol of Trump's racist ideology and that there is no national emergency requiring the shutdown of the government to build a wall. He's simply walked himself into a corner here as he had the 'build the wall' chants going and that is what his followers (or at least his fellow racist followers) want. Instead of asking Jim Acosta why don't you ask Representative Steve King of Iowa about racist anti-immigration tactics used by the republicans and reaaaally used by Trump. Oh and might look at Trump's life-long history racism too. It's just fear-mongering racist hate Kevin.

>For the millionth time, Trump is promoting nationalism far more than racism. That doesn't mean he hasn't "stepped in it" racially, he certainly has - but he's promoting nationalism far far more.

Trump and Steve King are racists -- the wall is a nothing more than a symbol of Trump's racist ideology.Trumps idea of 'nationalism' is keeping America white. Foolish to see it any other way.

>The problem is that liberals have this "nervous tick", where they just HAVE to use "racist" in a sentence. That's OK if you're a college kid who parrots what he reads... :)

Well -- looks like a duck -- walks like a duck -- quacks like a duck -- dude it's a damn duck. The problem is that too many people refuse to admit racism when it's staring them in the face....and when it's pointed out to them the only response they have is to complain when it is pointed out.
